Robin has been with MWPS since November 2003. Robin has worked in the medical field as a Medical Assistant for ten plus years and has a diverse skill set. Robin's work includes both clinical and back office functions.
Robin pulls all prescription voicemail, prepares prescriptions requests for the doctors, calls in medication, and obtains prior-authorizations for medication as required by insurance carriers and handles disability paperwork. In addition, Robin and the psychiatric nurse, field all calls during business hours for the doctor's and nurse practitioners. Robin manages special scheduling requests and supervision scheduling for all MWPS providers.
Robin's skills and knowledge qualify her to train all new MWPS employees; a task that Robin enjoys and does extremely well. Her quick wit and easy-going demeanor pared with her knowledge of the day-to-day office functions make it easy for staff and patients to interact with Robin.
